About your Yoga and Pilates studio in Ixelles

C FLOW YOGA STUDIO

The studio is located in southern Ixelles, just at the end of Cimitière d'Ixelles. Very close to the Solbosch area, ULB and Boondael.

Beautifully decorated by my own hands and full of colour to spark your day, I tried to bring joy to the spotlight, even in the darkest days.

As soon as you enter the studio, you enter into a new dimension, ready to let go and leave all your worries outside.​

How does it work?

Lunch classes - Booking needed by phone +32 471 62 87 12 or through the website booking system

Evening classes - Come 5 to 10 minutes before, without booking or ensure your spot by booking through the website booking system

You can buy a single entry or a 5, 10, 20 or 50 class pass!

Payment at the studio

The studio only opens 15 minutes before class

You can change clothes in the bathroom, but there aren't changing rooms in the studio

What is included?

Everything is available at the studio: mats, blocks, belts, blankets, extra-cushion mats, pillows, bolsters and warm ayurvedic tea at the end

Our materials are as organic, European and responsibly-sourced as possible

You only need to bring a small towel

Quick rules

* Avoid big meals, alcohol and drugs before coming to practice

*Silence your phone before class

* Arrive on time (ideally 5 minutes before)

*Out of respect and consideration for others, please mind your personal hygiene

* No racism, no homophobia or any other sort of disrespect is allowed in the studio

* Please inform the teacher if there are any previous injuries
